Barkhouse Creative Co. ("we," "us," "our") operates barkhousecreativeco.com and builds live media kits for creators. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, social handles (if provided), and your message.
If you book an Essential or Signature Kit, we collect the information needed to build your media kit: your name, email, brand or creator name, social handles, and the content you provide during intake — bios, photos, past partnership details, rates, and similar.
Purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not collect or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV — Stripe handles that directly. We receive confirmation of payment and the billing details needed for receipts, such as name, email, and amount.
To power the always-current insights on your media kit, we connect to your social accounts — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others as applicable — through each platform's official API, using our data provider Phyllo.
This connection is read-only. We pull public performance metrics such as followers, engagement, and views, solely to populate your own media kit. We do not post on your behalf, comment, send messages, or access your DMs. You can revoke this access at any time through your platform's own connected-apps settings, or by contacting us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through their systems.
We retain client information for as long as your media kit or subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for records and legal purposes. If you cancel, you can request deletion of your intake data and disconnection of your social accounts at any time.
