Everything creators usually want to know before booking — the honest version, including the parts most studios leave vague.

It's a web page on your own custom domain instead of a PDF attachment. It presents your work, your audience, and your partnership history the way a brand's marketing team expects to see it — and the numbers on it refresh automatically, so the page is accurate the day you send it and still accurate a month later.
A PDF is out of date the week you export it, and a template is a layout a thousand other creators are also using. Your media kit is designed for you specifically, and it stays current on its own. When a brand opens the link three weeks after you sent it, they see today's numbers, not the ones you screenshotted.
No. There's no minimum, no waitlist, and no proving you're big enough. If you're putting real work into your content, you're who this is built for.
Both get you the same product: a live, custom-designed media kit on your own domain that stays current. Essential is the media kit built from a structured intake. Signature adds Becca's strategic eye — a 50-minute discovery call, her input on what gets featured and how it's framed, a revision round before launch, the full template bundle, and a quarterly check-in as your numbers grow.
Yes. A standalone 30-minute call is $145 and open to anyone — you don't need to have booked a media kit. It's also the add-on most Essential clients reach for when they want strategic input without the full Signature package.
Everything on the À la Carte page can be purchased at any time — a discovery call, a minor revision, a major structural rework. Nothing is locked behind the tier you started on.
Essential's $22/month covers what it costs to keep a media kit alive: hosting, your custom domain, and the automated data refresh. Signature's $35/month covers that same infrastructure plus the quarterly strategic check-in, where Becca reviews what's featured and refreshes the framing as your numbers grow.
Because "always current" isn't a one-time build. The domain renews, the hosting runs, and the data pulls happen every day whether you think about them or not. The monthly is what keeps that running rather than quietly lapsing.
Yes — every price on this site is CAD. Checkout is handled securely through Stripe.
You connect your social accounts once, in a couple of taps. From then on your performance data pulls in automatically through each platform's official API, and your media kit refreshes on its own.
The connection is read-only. We pull performance metrics to populate your media kit — nothing else. We cannot post, comment, or send messages on your behalf, we don't read your DMs, and you can revoke access at any time from your platform's own connected-apps settings. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are the common ones, plus other platforms where you create. If you're not sure whether yours is covered, ask before you book.
The biggest variable is you — the build starts once your intake or discovery call is complete, so the schedule gets confirmed during onboarding rather than promised before we know what we're building.
Barkhouse Creative Co. buys and manages your custom domain, so there's nothing for you to set up, and renewal is covered while your subscription is active. What happens to the domain if you cancel is covered in our Terms of Service.
Yes — minor and major revisions are available any time, with the scope agreed before work starts. Signature clients also get one revision round included before launch.
Your media kit switches to a static version — frozen at your last data pull — and stays live on your domain for 30 days. If payment isn't received in that window, the site comes down. You can reinstate it at any time by resuming payment; it picks up where it left off, with no rebuild.
Digital downloads are final sale once delivered. Build fees are assessed case by case depending on how far the work had progressed. The details are in our Terms of Service.
No media kit required — the downloads stand on their own. The Pitch & Follow-Up Email Pack ($39), the Content Creator Agreement & Business Library ($79 — a 20-page library covering how to price a deal, the agreement itself, how to negotiate the pushback, and how to invoice and get paid), and the Rate Card Calculator ($29). All three bundled is $97. Delivery is instant, and every file is yours to keep, edit, and reuse.
The agreement library is drafted for Canadian creators and provided for information only — it isn't legal advice.
No. The full bundle is included in your Signature package at $45. Don't buy it twice.
